We watched Rent tonight and I think I can summarize it rather succinctly.

First Act: Yeah, fun and rock! Down with the man! Viva la vie boheme!

Christmas of 2006 my brother-in-law gave me $40 in gift certificates to the Fox Theater in St. Louis. Now, 2 years later, I have finally decided what I want to use them for.

In June RENT is coming to the Fox. This time around, Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp are reprising their roles as Roger and Mark. Original Broadway cast members? Live, here in St. Louis? No way I'm passing that up. The only way it could be better was if Idina Menzel joined them as Maureen, but that's pretty unlikely.
